Any data communicated by the User through the Site will be treated with the utmost care and using all the tools necessary to guarantee its security, in full compliance with current legislation protecting the confidentiality of data. We wish to inform you that “European Regulation 2016/679 concerning the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, as well as the free circulation of said data” (hereafter “GDPR”) provides for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data as a fundamental right. Therefore, pursuant to article 13 of the GDPR, please be informed that:

1. DATA CATEGORIES: the following personal data may be subject to processing:

a. Data collected automatically. During normal operation, the computer systems and applications used for the operation of this website detect certain data (the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols) potentially associated with identifiable users. The data collected includes the IP addresses and domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response provided by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters concerning the operating system, the browser and the IT environment used by the user, the name of the internet service provider (ISP), the date and time of visit, the web page of origin of the visitor (referral) and that of the exit.

b. Data provided voluntarily by the User. The voluntary and express sending of e-mails to the addresses specified on the different access channels of this site does not involve a request for consent and involves the acquisition of the sender’s address and data, which are necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other data personal data included in the message. Said data is voluntarily provided by the user upon submitting a request to provide the service. By inserting a comment or other information, the user expressly accepts the privacy policy and, in particular, agrees that the contents inserted may be freely disseminated to third parties. On the contrary, specific summary information will be reported or displayed on the pages of the site dedicated to specific services on request (forms). Therefore, the user must expressly consent to the use of the data shown in these said in order to submit a request.

Said plug-ins are programmed so as not to set any cookies when accessing a page, to safeguard user privacy. Cookies may be set, if so provided by social networks, only when the user makes effective and voluntary use of the plug-in. Please note that if a user browses when they are logged into the social network, then they have already consented to the use of cookies conveyed through this site when they registered on the social network. 4. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS: The purpose and legal basis for processing your data is as follows:
   1. For data collected automatically, the legal basis is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller and the purpose is to ensure and improve the web browsing experience.
   2. For data provided voluntarily by the user, the legal basis is consent and, for sending emails to our addresses, the purpose is to be able to send responses to specific requests submitted by users; regarding forms, the purpose is indicated in the specific information provided.
   3. For cookies: refer to the specific cookies policy.
   

5. DATA RECIPIENTS: Within the limits related to the purposes, your data may be disclosed to partners, consulting companies, private companies, third-party technical service providers, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies, etc.

6. TRANSFER OF DATA TO A THIRD COUNTRY: The transfer of your data to a third country is not envisaged. This site may share some of the data collected with services located outside the European Union. In particular, via social plug-ins and the Google Analytics service. Transfer is authorised and strictly regulated by article 45, paragraph 1 of EU Regulation 2016/679, therefore it does not require specific authorisation.

   – the data collected automatically is processed, for the time strictly necessary, for the sole purpose of obtaining statistical information on the use of the site and to check it works properly, including for security purposes and according to the deadlines set by law.
   – The data provided voluntarily by users will be kept for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which it is processed or according to the deadlines set by law.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT: The interested party always has the right to ask the Data Controller to access to their data, to have it corrected or cancelled, to restrict processing or be given the opportunity to oppose processing, to request data portability and to revoke consent to its processing by asserting these and the other rights provided by the GDPR simply by communicating as much to the Data Controller. The interested party can also register a complaint with a supervisory authority.

OBLIGATORY OR NON-OBLIGATORY PROVISION: Providing your data is obligatory when browsing our website, with regards to points D.1 and D.2 of the aforementioned purposes, in order to allow the correct provision of the service. Providing consent regarding your data for point D.3 is optional and will not compromise the provision of the service in any way.

10. DATA PROCESSING METHOD: The personal data you provide will be subject to processing operations in compliance with the aforementioned legislation and the confidentiality obligations on which the business of the Data Controller is based. The data will be processed using IT tools, on paper and on any other appropriate type of support (e.g. cloud systems, archiving systems, digital replacement storage, etc.), in compliance with appropriate technical and organisational security measures provided for by GDPR.
